I just finished my webpage. It's just for showing of some pictures, and it might get me some jobs. It's great to finaly get it out there, eventhough I'm not super happy about the design, it's not to bad considering I did it my self (it's not something I like to do). finaly done with the semesterassignment!

I just finished a big semester assignment, and it feels sooo good to be done with it. I was to take pictures of eight different people on their work place, and then later get them all together in a group photo. I'm not to happy with it, I could've been more creative, but whats done is done...

Hi everyone!
Just wantet to thank you for all the great wishes and helloes on my birthday. I had a great day! I also got some great gifts (including timtams, a reflector and a screen calibration-thingy), so thanks everyone!

I had a great weekend in Trondheim, met up with friends and spent a lot of time with my mum and sister. It was sooo good to have a whole weekend with no school and stuff to do or think about!

I wanted to show you a picture I took at a Sandra Jensen workshop. It was a group-thing, so I only have the one I took at the moment. I'll try to get the rest later.

Then it's sunday again...
This week has been crazy buzy! I've had so much to do, but the week just went by. I've had another semesterassignment, this time in picture communication. I did a photoshoot with Silje, a friend of my sister. It came out pretty good, and I'm happy with the outcome. I have some trouble with my camera, and the pictures don't always come out the way I thought. But I really don't mind, most of the time I kinda like it... The assignment was: from sad to happy. I didn't want to make a staged story of something, and I realy wanted to try to arrange my own shoot. So I made a plan, found a location, borrowed some clothes and found a modell. It was good practise, and the teacher also liked it, so it's all good. :) I desided to let the colours and the modell show the transformation from sad to happy, and I think it worked pretty well. The last picture don't fit that well in to the series, but I really like it, so I added it anyway.






I also had my first assistant job this week. I came with him to work, beacause he's helping me out with anohter assignment and I need a picture of him working, and then I did some assisting for him while he was working. I might do some more assisting for him later as well, and that would be great. I learned a lot from the few hours I was there, and it would be good to get some acctual working experience. You can see his work here.

just a short post. I don't have time this week to do anything! Have three big projects that has to be planed and done. But I wanted to show you some pics I took with my childhood friend from Trondheim, Jade. She came down for the weekend, and we met up on Sunday to take some pics and catch up. It was good fun, and so nice to see her again.







But I'm going to get some sleep, so I'll be fitt for fight in the morning.

I've had a cold the last week, and only done what I really had to do. So I've only taken crapy pics to get them done, and just been tired. Photoshoot

busy week for my blog, but I had a big photoshoot to day with modells and make-up artists, and a really cool location. My whole class went to a big house, used for big gatherings and such, and had an all day photoshoot there. We worked with brand new modells, that are just begining their modellingcareer and makeup artists that are still in school. They get the pictures and we get them, it's a win win situation. :D Just wanted to show you my best pics from today:

Tallinn

Hi everyone,
I just came back from a short trip to Tallinn in Estonia. Me and Pål went there to visit our friend Torra. He's staying there for a month to do some work, so we desided to go see him. We got really cheap tickets, so we left Sunday morning and came back today, Thuesday.

Got up really early on Sunday, so catch the 8am flight to Tallinn. We arrived there around 11, and Torra picked us up at the airport. Everything is open 7 days a week, so we went to the store to get some breakfast. The supermarket was amazing! I love going in to supermarkest when I travell, and this oone was great! They had sooo much food there! It was one of the best once I've been to, beat everything back home, and also the Aussie and American once I've been to as well. So yes, enough about the supermarket.. We went back to Torra's place a made breakfast and had some coffee. And then we headed off to see Tallinn.

We went to the Old Town first, it was nice to walk around, but it was raining, so we didn't get to see everything. But we were tired and wet, so we went to a cafe and then shopping after. Found some good shops, and used more money than we planned. But it was good fun. After shopping, we went our for dinner at a mexican place. The food was good, and we were happy to sit down for a while. After dinner we desided we wanted to go to Tallink Spa Hotel. They have a pool with a bar in it, and also massage. We went there to see if we needed to book in advance, we did for the massage, and they were all booked for that day, but they had time the next day. So we desided to get the massage mondaymorning, and do the bar Sundayevening. We whent back to Torra's place, relaxed for a bit and got our swimmingclothes. We went to the bar, and it was fun! And a bit weird. After a few drinks we headed back, watched a movie and fell asleep.




Monday morning Pål and I, went to get a massage (it was fantastic! best I've ever had I think), while Torra was working. He was off around lunch, so we met up with him after. Then we went to a surf shop, with a sale. And we all spent to much money! Pål and myself both got a new winterjacket and Torra got him self a new snowboard. After our crazy shopping, we were kinda a broke, so we went home and relaxed. We didn't realy do much more that day. Pål and Torra got dinner for us, and we had a nice evening at home with movie, food, beer and snacks.

Today we had a nice breakfast, packed our bags and went in to the city again. We had a few hours before we had to be at the airport, so we went back in to the Old Town, to see the rest of the stuff we missed the first day. And then we headed back home.

It was a very short holliday, but it was really good to get away for a few days. And it was sort of a 5year anniversary for me and Pål, so it was very nice. I didn't really have any expectations when we left, but I liked it. It was not as poor and worn down as you might think, but it wasn't really anything. Kind a dull and nothing really special and uniqe. But I had a good time, and got to see a city I probably wouldn't get to see normaly. =)

But now I have to do some schoolstuff. I have my first big shoot tomorrow, with modells, makeup-artist and hired location! YEY!

soo much to do!

Hello everyone!
I have heaps of stuff to do this week as well. I really want to get it done before we leave for Tallin, so I just work around the clock to get it done. I'm working on 5 assignments right now:
- one ad for something. I choose neat. Neat is my hobby, one day maybe more. I make tshirts and stuff, and one day I want to sell it. Any way, I choose neat for this assignment, and made a ad for it.



- I have to take a picture, that tells 4 different stories when you crop it in different ways. I haven't done that one yet...
- I have to make 4-6 pics of a dream or sev dreams. only made two so far:



I also have a couple more, but they are just in the planningstage at this point. One is portraits of people in their workplace and one is with a modell and a stylist at a loctaion. Very happy about the last one, very exciteing!

Well, thats what I've been up to lately. And I still have stuff to do, so I better get started. =)

Added my wishlist on request from friends and family, it's at the bottom of the page (it's in Norwegian just because it's easy). =) I'll update it when I think of more stuff..

Guarding the school..

Hi,
I'm the schoolwatchman today. All students must be here to make shure everything is good at least once everysemester. This is to make the school better for everyone, and keep the system working. We have all day access, but after 4pm the staff goes home, and one student is left in charge. This is so students can use the facilities after schoolhours, and to keep prices down. This is good for everyone. So today it's my turn. Only one group of people here still, but I have to stay untill they are done. I'm in charge of all the equpitment, and need to sign it back in when they're done. It might take a while, but I have a lot of stuff to do, so it's all good. I've been here for almost 14hours now, school all day, and then guarding stuff since 4, and I'm starting to feel a bit tired. But I've got a lot of work done, so it's worth it. And I have all this POWER! WHOHOO! :D

Reading for my exam...

Hi everyone,
I'm sitting at home, pretending to read for my camera and camerause exam tomorrow. But I can't consentrate, so I'm sitting here surfing, writing this post and doing everything but reading. I just want to go out and do something fun, I got super inspired by this fantastic artist I came across. He makes the most wonderfull streetart, one day I'll have my own workshop, so I can make stuff like this aswell. I just love it. Have a look at spy.org.es.

Yeasterday I had my very first studio photoshoot, and it was soo much fun! I can't wait to do it again! We, me and Ingrid, took some photos of a soon-to-be Norwegian Hip-Hop chick, do believe her artist name is Leo Dominicana. Haven't found out much about her online, but well. The pics turned out pretty good. She needed some photos for her promotions, and we needed the experiece. So it was a win-win sit. :D I'll post the pic here when I'm done editing them.

Well, I should get back to the reading... Maybe I'll should go outside someplace, far away for my computer....

Camera and camera use

Hi everyone!
Just had a huge semester assignment in Camera and Camera use. We got the assignment yesterday, and had to hand it in today at 3pm. All in all 27 pictures, and a lot of them portraits. I don't know many people in Oslo, and ofcourse most of them are on holliday this week beacause theres a school holliday. And we were not allowed to take pictures of eachother, so I had to run around asking strangers if I could take their picture. Most people are really cool, and let me do it, and some are not. I had 8 different tasks, and between 1-5 pics to each task, 27 all together. I'm happy with some, and not happy at all with others, but it's been a really good exercise and I've learned a lot. But now I need to relax a few days, I've been so stressed.

I got a job the other day by the way, at a cafe every Saturday. I'm just gonna make coffee a few hours a week. Just enough to make a few bucks, and still have my main focus on schoolwork.

OHOH! need to tell you! We are going to Tallin the 19th of October! Torra is going over there for few weeks, so we're gonna visit him a few days! :D

well, thats whats new here. I have my exam in Camera and Camerause on Tuesday, so I have to read this weekend, I'm also gonna work, help Ingrid with a project and eat dinne with my grandparents. So nice and buzy weekend, but mostly fun stuff, so it's cool.
